Shoreline View Of Point Arena Lighthouse

A Beacon Of Hope On A Blustery Day

The technical name of this beautiful lighthouse in Northern California is “Point Arena Light”. The first lighthouse on this location was built in 1870 but following the San Francisco Earthquake, which caused extensive damage, a more “quake proof” structure was erected in 1908. This is because the infamous San Andreas Fault runs very close to the town of Point Arena. The main purpose of the lighthouse is to protect sailors from an extensive sandbar projecting far out from the shoreline.

Shoreline View Of Point Arena Lighthouse is the perfect artwork to bring lively colors to that special location in your home or office.
